Pula Pitch is officially back for Season 2, and this year’s cohort brings together some of the most exciting entrepreneurs in Botswana! 15 founders have joined the programme with ideas that address real challenges in communities and industries across the country and continent. Each one is stepping into the competition with determination and a clear vision, hoping to secure P250,000.00 in funding, mentorship, and the support needed to build stronger businesses.
Season 2 continues Pula Pitch’s commitment to uplifting early-stage entrepreneurs and giving them access to opportunities that strengthen their growth. With the support of Startup Lab, Dialektos Investments, and Project124 Africa, this season brings more insight, more learning, and more powerful stories from Botswana’s next generation of innovators!

The 2025 cohort features 15 founders who are exploring new ways to solve everyday problems and reshape future industries.
Campus Connect
A digital ordering and delivery platform that connects restaurants, brands, and individual vendors directly to university students for fast, convenient access to meals and essentials. Founded by Thapelo Boago Moremi, the business is improving on-campus vendor visibility and streamlining student orders through tech-enabled service.
Duela Cred
A WhatsApp-based credit and payment platform built to help small businesses manage customer payments, extend interest-free credit, and automate debt recovery. Under founder Boago Modise, Duela Cred supports SMEs in growing with flexible credit tools and reducing financial risk for vendors.
EduSmart
An EdTech company transforming STEM education by making science and mathematics more engaging and accessible through gamification and creative tools. Led by Evanah Serumola, EduSmart empowers learners with innovative educational experiences and strong regional recognition.
EpicView
A full-service automotive company offering mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic vehicle services to ensure efficient and safe vehicle operations. With founder Lucas Otsile Kgosi, Epicview serves individuals and businesses by integrating diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in one trusted hub.
Fusion Attire
A digital fashion marketplace that brings together African designers and international customers by handling marketing, logistics, and customer service so designers can focus on creating. Founded by Thabang Boy, Fusion Attire is on a mission to professionalize African fashion and enable global access to authentic styles.
Gr8r Than Fitness
A fitness and wellness platform created for African trainers to build sustainable digital businesses, manage bookings and payments, and connect with clients in one ecosystem. Led by Molibi Maphanyane, GR8R Than Fitness blends sports discipline with startup savvy to empower fitness entrepreneurship.
Green Motors
A clean-mobility and renewable energy company developing all-terrain electric motorbikes and DC battery systems optimized for affordability, sustainability, and local conditions. Under founder Dr Nonofo Ditshego, Green Motors is advancing a future of clean transport and skilled jobs in southern Africa.
HMPC
A maternal-health innovation company improving experiences for mothers through holistic care packages, digital health tools, and community support. Founded by the team behind HMCP, the business delivers postpartum kits and digital platforms that connect mothers with clinics, professionals, and resources.
Mahala Airtime
An incentive-based digital advertising platform that rewards everyday users with airtime for engaging with adverts while providing brands with measurable engagement and direct audience reach. Founded by Karabo Letsholo, Mahala Airtime connects consumers and advertisers in a value-driven ecosystem.
Road Ready
A digital compliance startup transforming vehicle permit systems with smart RFID and NFC technology to simplify renewals, automate data collection, and reduce congestion. Founded by Katlo Pole, Road Ready drives efficient mobility systems that support national digital transformation.
The Bees Hive Academy
An inclusive preschool combining academics, specialized therapies, and sign-language support for neurotypical and neurodiverse children in a nurturing learning environment. Founded by Ontifile Gaokgorwe, the academy champions inclusive early education and development.
The Mores Project
A food-science business producing Moremi Red Cake Flour, a nutrient-rich bean-based flour designed for local diets and sustainable farming practices. Led by Boleng Sedimo, the company strengthens value chains, reduces import dependency, and promotes healthier food systems.
Trroy
A company revolutionizing STEM, robotics, and AI education by designing and manufacturing interactive learning tools such as blocks and electronic components for students. With founder Mohit Lohani, Trroy empowers young Africans to become creators, problem-solvers, and innovators.
W. Donuts
A custom dessert studio that started as a student side-project and has grown into a full-scale business creating gourmet donuts, themed flavours, and memorable brand experiences. Founded by Kaone Wanatsha Mokgwathi, W. Donuts demonstrates how passion can evolve into a scalable lifestyle business.
Yummy Farms
A youth-led agribusiness producing premium, locally-raised pork through technology-driven farming, artificial insemination, smart systems, and waste recycling for organic fertilizer. Under Keitumetse Ketlhoilwe, Yummy Farms blends sustainability and innovation to build a modern, self-sufficient meat industry in Botswana.
The ideas and teams in Season 2 reflect increasing depth in Botswana’s entrepreneurship ecosystem. These founders are building businesses that can create jobs, solve pressing problems, and open new markets.

Season 2 contestants will compete for:
P250,000.00 in funding - A prize awarded to the most compelling and viable business case.
